Should you decide to take out a package after this, this first session is free of charge.

Should you decide to work with me more, we will discuss what is best for you after your try-out session.
I like to deliver quality and only work with packages, so I can make sure your work with me is effective. There is a minimum of 6 sessions.
I only offer single sessions when you have acquired sufficient experience in the technique.
The prices of the packages are always less than the sum of the individual sessions. The packages are tailored to your needs.

Individual sessions

I offer the following options in my individual work with you:

Live sessions

• Coaching sessions (without touch)
• General sessions where I provide general advice on how to best breath before, during and after a Covid infection (with little touch)
• Sessions with heart coherent breathing (with little touch)
• Healing and reading sessions (no touch)
• Transformational Breath sessions (with touch)

Online sessions

I also offer all of the above sessions online.

Yes! This is no mistake! Transformational Breath sessions are also available online!
I am a fully certified online TBr facilitator and Group Leader now.
This allows us to share this powerful breathwork to many more breathers.
It is surprising how deep and effective these sessions are. It is a different experience than live sessions, but certainly not less effective! The online sessions are available for both experienced breathers and beginners.
